This role will manage work required for clients including but not limited to; estimates, cost plans, bills of quantities, post contract & quantity surveying services.
They will support the Director or Associate responsible for clients and provide specialist knowledge to ensure the maintenance & development of strong relationships.This role offers the opportunity to work on some of the most complex and fast‐paced projects in the construction sector, supporting major domestic and global clients.About You:To be successful in this role, you will bring:Proven experience as a Senior Quantity Surveyor, ideally within data centres, or large-scale infrastructure projectsStrong knowledge of cost management principles across complex building services–heavy projectsExcellent stakeholder management and client-facing communication skillsThe ability to manage multiple workstreams in a fast‐paced delivery environmentExperience working on projects involving high‐voltage services, mechanical and electrical systems,



or critical infrastructureKey Attributes:We're looking for an experienced publications manager who has:Minimum 5 years experience as a Quantity Surveyor and a relevant qualification (e.g Bachelor or Construction Management).
