You will provide leadership to state-based staff, ensure protected, high-quality program delivery and build strong relationships with children, young people and sector partners across NSW.You'll work with national teams to support consultation, advocacy and system-wide improvements, balancing hands-on delivery with leadership in a energetic community service environment.
