Select how often (in days) to receive an alert:Reporting to the Pricing and Quotations Supervisor, the Service Pricing Officer will join our Sales and Operations Division on a Permanent Full-Time basis at our Parts Distribution Centre in South Guildford.
This role is responsible for developing accurate service pricing, life cycle cost models, and maintenance budgets that support customer solutions and business outcomes.
Working closely with Sales, Service, Operations, and Product Support teams, you will analyse equipment maintenance, labour, and parts data to deliver competitive pricing, support Customer Support Agreements, and provide expert cost forecasting across a diverse fleet of equipment.This role suits a commercially minded and analytical professional with a strong understanding of equipment maintenance, service costing, and lifecycle management within the mining, construction, heavy equipment, or related industries.What You'll Do:Develop and validate service pricing using Caterpillar systems and dealer resourcesCreate Life Cycle Cost (LCC) models and maintenance budgets for new and existing equipment.Analyse labour, parts, and maintenance data to deliver competitive pricing solutions.Support customer Support Agreements and maintenance cost forecastingProvide timely pricing support to internal stakeholdersCollaborate with Sales, Service, Operations, and Product Support TeamsSkills & Experience:Trade qualified in Mobile Plant Maintenance, Engineering, Automotive trades or equivalent industry experienceExperience in Mining, construction, heavy equipment, automotive , or related industriesStrong understanding of equipment maintenance, service costing,
