We protect work-life balance through smart planning and a supportive environment.About the roleThe Project Director is a senior, hands-on role responsible for leading key client portfolios and personally managing the end-to-end delivery of major programs and flagship events across APAC.
The role combines strategic client leadership with hands-on event delivery, commercial accountability and team leadership.
Project Directors own their client portfolios and events from brief through to onsite delivery.
They build trusted senior relationships, understand client objectives and translate these into exceptional event experiences.
On larger flagship programs, they will lead the delivery with support from a Project Coordinator or Event Executive, while retaining overall ownership and accountability.Key responsibilitiesPersonally lead and manage the end-to-end delivery of major programs and flagship events across assigned client portfoliosOwn the full event lifecycle from brief, strategy and planning through to production,



logistics and onsite deliveryLead and delegate effectively to Project Coordinators or Event Executives supporting larger programs, while retaining overall accountability for deliveryEnsure events are delivered to Verve's standards, on time, on budget and aligned to the client's objectivesOwn senior client relationships across allocated portfolios, building trusted partnerships across multiple marketsBring a strategic and advisory lens, understanding clients' business objectives and KPIs and translating these into meaningful event experiencesOwn the commercial performance of assigned programs, including budgets, forecasting, scope and profitabilityLead and coach Project Coordinators and Event Executives supporting assigned programs, providing clear direction, delegation and feedbackPersonally lead production, creative, logistics, sponsorship and onsite delivery across assigned eventsPlan and lead onsite delivery, including rehearsals, event flow and key client momentsAbout you10+ years experience in B2B Corporate EventsProficient with Slack for internal and external communication and collaborationProficient with Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides, Drive) for creating polished client presentationsExperience with Monday.com for Project/Budget Management and CRMExperience with Jomablue registration and event platformExperience with AI Productivity ToolsSupportive, high-performance team culture with coaching and support from the General ManagerFast-growing agency with explicit opportunities for growthExposure to prestigious global brands across a diverse portfolio of premium events
