Job Description
We're seeking an experienced Manager, Business Intelligence to lead our BI function and help drive smarter decision-making across a national organisation.
This is a unique opportunity to combine leadership, commercial insight, and technical expertise to deliver high-impact reporting, analytics, and data solutions that influence executive decision-making and business performance.
Based in any atWork Australia location, this 12-month contract will play a critical role in supporting strategic initiatives and advancing our data capability.You will:
Lead the Business Intelligence function across atWork Australia leading a team of 5 direct reports.Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards and enterprise reporting solutionsDrive data quality, governance, and a "single source of truth" approachPartner with Finance, Operations and Executive stakeholders to support commercial outcomesLead forecasting,



budgeting and performance analysis activitiesPrioritise BI initiatives and manage competing business requirementsProvide advanced analytics and insights to support strategic decision-makingMentor and develop BI team members while fostering a customer-focused cultureSupport ongoing innovation, process improvement and data maturity across the business
Qualifications
We're looking for a commercially minded BI leader who can translate complex data into meaningful business outcomes.
You'll ideally bring:
Extensive experience in Business Intelligence, Analytics or Data Management leadership rolesAdvanced SQL and data modelling capabilitiesExperience working with Databricks and modern data platformsProven people leadership experience, including leading and developing high-performing teamsStrong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence at executive levelExcellent analytical, problem-solving and communication skillsA customer-focused mindset with the ability to balance strategic thinking and operational delivery
