This performance and the strength of the portfolio underpin the Company's purpose of growing long-term value for shareholders, our people, and our communities by mining safely and responsibly.Job DescriptionThe opportunityWe are currently looking for an experienced Paste Fill Supervisor to join our underground mining team.Reporting to the Paste Fill Superintendent, you will be responsible for the safe and effective supervision of paste plant operations and underground paste fill activities, ensuring production targets are achieved while maintaining the highest standards of safety, quality and operational performance.This role is ideal for a motivated leader with underground mining experience who enjoys coordinating crews, optimising operational performance and driving a strong safety culture.This is a FIFO role,



working on an 8:6 roster ex-Perth.The main responsibilities of this role include:Supervising daily paste plant and underground paste fill activities to ensure work is completed safely, efficiently and in line with production schedulesCoordinating and leading paste fill crews and contractors to achieve operational objectivesOperating the paste plant when required, including start-up, shutdown, cleaning and basic fault responseOverseeing underground paste fill activities including reticulation installation, line flushing, paste wall preparation, filling activities and inspectionsMonitoring paste delivery, binder addition and operating parameters to ensure compliance with quality specificationsConducting workplace inspections, risk assessments and pre-start meetingsCoordinating maintenance activities and ensuring equipment defects are identified, reported and addressedMaintaining accurate operational records, shift reports and handoversCoaching, mentoring and developing team members to build capability and maintain competencyParticipating in incident investigations, continuous improvement initiatives and operational optimisation projectsDesired Skills and ExperienceAbout youTo be successful for this role, you will have:Previous experience in underground hard rock mining, paste fill/backfill operations,
