you'll take ownership of day-to-day delivery across:Road constructionPavementsBulk earthworksDrainage and culvertsStructuresAssociated civil infrastructureYou'll coordinate crews, plant and subcontractors, plan upcoming work fronts, drive productivity and make sure safety, quality and programme requirements are being met.Most importantly, you'll be trusted to run your section of the job properly.Who we're looking forWe're keen to speak with experienced Civil Supervisors who have delivered road and infrastructure projects with reputable civil contractors.You'll ideally have experience across TMR or similar road construction projects, with a strong understanding of earthworks, drainage, pavements and general civil delivery.You'll also be someone who:Leads from the frontPlans ahead rather than reacting to problemsCan manage multiple crews and subcontractorsUnderstands productivity and programmeCommunicates well with engineers and project managementTakes ownership of the job without needing to be micromanagedIf you're currently doing a heavy FIFO roster and would consider something that gives you more time at home without giving up the uplift, this is worth a conversation.Equally, if you're currently working locally and have been considering FIFO for the right project, roster and package, it could be a very good time to make the move.
