Advocate the embedding of a positive engineering culture, ensuring adherence to standards and technical quality, and guide complex technical problem solving.We're interested in hearing from people whoHave experience in SRE philosophy, principles and practices – creating/reviewing SLI, SLO and SLA'sProvide effective leadership to engineers and establish mechanisms for peer-to-peer learning and mentoring.
Attract, developed and motivated engineering talentShow expertise in designing, developing,



testing and supporting applications and systemsHave leveraged an excellent level of technical domain knowledge relevant to Chapter Area (e.g. Software Engineering).
Empowered teams to manage their work appropriately, responded to queries, addressed impediments and problem solved technical issues.Are constantly identifying technology limitations and deficiencies in existing systems and associated processes, procedures and methods, and using software engineering to develop scalable and sustainable improvementsHave a solid background in system and application performance testing, programming and the ability to monitor, measure and optimise performance and network communicationSkillsWe use a broad range of tools, languages, and frameworks.
