You'll be on the tools, leading from the front, and setting the standard.Day shift only – no nights - residential roleLead, supervise, and mentor a team of HD Mechanics, boilermakers and trades assistantsOversee maintenance, diagnostics, and repairs on crushing & screening plant and heavy equipmentDrive efficient workshop operations,
