We manage orders online, assist customers via chat and email, and handle in-showroom visits at our Fortitude Valley showroom.
You'll ensure orders move smoothly from checkout to delivery and help with pickups and samples.Ideal candidates have experience in e-commerce customer support or logistics, working knowledge of Shopify, and a friendly, organised approach.
This is a full‐time role in Brisbane with on‐site work.
