The role is based at our Queen's Wharf location in Brisbane QLD ****.What you'll be doingPreparing and serving a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to guests with precision and flairCreating classic and contemporary cocktails whilst maintaining consistency and quality standardsProviding knowledgeable recommendations on spirits, wines and beers to enhance the guest experienceMaintaining a clean, organised and safe bar environment, adhering to all health and safety regulationsOperating the point-of-sale system accurately and processing payments securelyEngaging with guests in a professional and friendly manner, ensuring exceptional customer service at all timesCollaborating with bar staff and other team members to ensure efficient service during busy periodsRestocking bar supplies and monitoring inventory levelsAdhering to responsible service of alcohol practices and all relevant venue policiesWhat we're looking forProven experience (more than 1 year) working as a bartender in a high-volume or premium hospitality venue, preferably with cocktail experienceStrong knowledge of spirits,



wines, beers and cocktail preparation techniquesExcellent customer service skills with the ability to engage guests in a friendly and professional mannerProficiency with point-of-sale systems and cash handling proceduresA thorough understanding of responsible service of alcohol practices and relevant legislationAbility to work efficiently in fast-paced environments, multi-tasking during peak service timesStrong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high standards of presentation and hygieneFlexibility and reliability, with the ability to work a variety of shifts including evenings, weekends and public holidaysRelevant hospitality certifications, specifically RSA (Responsible Service of Alcohol) and Food Safety Certificate is a must.Excellent communication and teamwork skillsAbout usGambaro Hospitality Group is a respected name in Brisbane's hospitality scene, renowned for delivering premium dining and beverage experiences.
