over the phone and via email.Processing customer orders and supporting sales activities.Building solid relationships with customers and helping them find the right solutions.Picking, packing and dispatching customer orders.Assisting with deliveries and day-to-day branch operations.Supporting stock control and maintaining a safe, organised workplace.Who we're looking forYou might come from retail, hospitality, administration, customer service, sales or another customer-facing role.Most importantly, you:Enjoy helping customers and creating positive experiences.Communicate confidently and build rapport with a wide range of people.Have a positive attitude and willingness to learn.Are reliable, organised and take pride in your work.Work well as part of a team.Are comfortable using computers and learning new systems.Hold a current Australian Driver's LicenceA Forklift Licence is desirable but not essential, we can support you in obtaining one.Please note that the successful applicant will be required to complete a pre-employment medical assessment (including drug and alcohol screening) and a National Police Check.
