Our operations run 7 days a week, with shifts starting as early as 08:15 AM and finishing as late as midnight (00:00), including weekends.Shifts could include but not limited to: Monday-Saturday could include 08:*****:15 or 15:*****:00 and on Sundays will include 12:*****:00Please ensure you are able to travel to and from the site during these hours.Pay: £***** per hourYour core role will include but not be limited to the following activities:Ensure colleague safety, providing a sense of assurance for allProvide a smart, visible, proactive, and engaging security presence and deterrentTo comply with and enforce all Byelaw Enforcement & Penalty Fare Initiatives in accordance with directivesto respond, manage and contain all security incidents in accordance with company expectations & standardsEffective conflict management,



always taking control of incidentsControl access and egress, conducting security patrols to deter crimeAble to proactively and professionally engage with the publicBe aware of hazards and incidents, and responding appropriatelyProviding guidance, information and directing customers as a first point of contactManaging and following safety and security processes and proceduresWorking as part of a team, building robust working relationshipIs this youAt least 18 years oldSIA Guarding or Door Supervision licence5 years checkable work and address historyReliable, punctual, flexible, and smart in appearanceFriendly, approachable, and always professionalEnthusiastic and motivated to do a great jobIdeally some experience within a Security environment or a customer facing roleAble to interact with clients and customers in a positive mannerSome experience working within a Security environment and working as part of a teamEffective people skills, able to interact with clients and customers in a positive mannerSuccessful candidates will be required to provide original documentation for detailed screening and vetting processes.
