This is a full time position that plays a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service and maintaining our retail operations.
As a Fruit Retail Assistant, you will be at the heart of our business, ensuring our customers enjoy a seamless shopping experience whilst helping us maintain the high standards our brand is known for.
This role offers the opportunity to work in a fast-paced retail environment where your contributions directly impact customer satisfaction and store success.Key responsibilitiesAssisting customers with product selection, providing knowledgeable recommendations about fresh fruit and produceMaintaining accurate stock levels and ensuring displays are visually appealing and well-organisedProcessing customer transactions at the point of sale with accuracy and efficiencyReceiving and unpacking deliveries, checking quality and condition of stock upon arrivalRotating stock appropriately to ensure freshness and minimise wasteKeeping the sales floor, stockroom and customer areas clean, safe and hygienic at all timesProviding prompt and courteous service to all customers, addressing queries and concerns professionallySupporting team members during peak trading periods and contributing to a positive workplace cultureFollowing health, safety and food handling procedures in accordance with company policy and relevant legislationWhat we're looking forPrevious 5 years retail experience,
