We are seeking a Car Care Consultant to promote and sell premium Eagers Automotive vehicle protection products across our high-performing dealership hub.
You will work alongside multiple leading brands including Honda, Ford, Subaru, Chery, Cupra, Land Rover, Denza, BYD and more, providing customers with value-added protection solutions that enhance their vehicle ownership experience.
This is a high-volume dealership environment, and you will be trained and mentored by a team of elite performers with a proven track record of developing consultants.

About the Role
As a Car Care Consultant, you will receive full training and ongoing support to confidently present and sell a range of vehicle protection products.
This role is ideal for someone looking to build a successful career in automotive sales.
Key duties include:
Meeting and greeting customers in the showroom
Presenting, demonstrating, and selling car care and protection products
Working closely with Sales Consultants, Finance Managers, and Department Managers
Negotiation, follow-up, and closing sales opportunities
Maintaining deal logs and sales spreadsheets
Reporting results to management
Issuing warranty documentation




Delivering outstanding customer service at every interaction
About You
Automotive experience is advantageous but not essential.
What matters most is your passion for sales, people, and success.
You will bring:
Face-to-face or phone-based customer service or sales experience
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Confidence in building rapport with a wide range of customers
A professional, well-presented approach
A positive attitude with resilience and drive
