We are looking for a caring, reliable and committed male Support Worker to join our established team on a bank/part time basis to support a 33-year-old non-verbal man with autism, emotional and complex needs to live independently in his own home.
Job details:
Tuesday: 6:00pm until the person is settled for bed (approximately 10:30pm), followed by a sleep-in.
Wednesday: 8:30am-10:00am, then return at 6:00pm for a second evening shift and sleep-in.
Thursday: 8:30am-10:00am.
You will receive your rota well in advance and enjoy 6 weeks' paid annual leave.
There are also opportunities to work additional overtime shifts and approximately 6-9 weekends per year, if desired.

Eligibility and requirements:
All applicants must have the right to work in the UK and be willing to undertake an Enhanced Disclosure & Barring Service check if required.
If the role is offered on a self-employed basis, you will be responsible for the cost of your own DBS check.
If the role is employed, you will be entitled to holiday pay and issued an employment contract.
