We're on the lookout for a friendly, motivated, and customer-focused Sales and Warehouse Assistant to join our growing Sunshine Coast team.

What You'll Be Doing
Welcoming customers and providing tailored advice on lighting and fan solutions
Driving sales and ensuring every customer has a positive experience
Using point-of-sale systems to process transactions accurately
Keeping the store well-presented, stocked, and visually appealing
Handling customer queries, returns, and concerns professionally
Assisting with basic warehouse duties when needed
Collaborating with your team to hit sales targets and support each other
What We're Looking For
Retail or customer service experience (preferred but not essential)
Excellent communication and people skills
Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
Physically capable of lifting and moving stock
A positive attitude and willingness to learn and grow




Happy to work up to 38 hours a week over 5 shifts - we're open 7 days, so your roster could include weekdays or weekends
