The Role
We are seeking professional and dedicated Wait Staff to join our hospitality team at Longueville.
You will play a key role in creating a warm and welcoming dining experience, ensuring our residents enjoy restaurant‐quality service every day.
Your responsibilities will include:
Providing attentive table service in a luxury dining environment




Setting and clearing tables with a high standard of presentation
Take and deliver food and beverage orders with precision
Maintain clean, well‐presented service areas
Assist with room setup, resets, and pack‐down
Assist with in room dining when required.
Supporting residents with their dining needs in a respectful and professional manner
Working collaboratively with kitchen and care staff
Upholding health, safety, and hygiene standards
About You
To succeed in this role, you will bring:
Previous experience in hospitality, fine dining, or aged care dining service
Excellent communication and customer service skills
A skilled, polished, and compassionate approach
Ability to work across a 7-day roster, including weekends and evenings
A genuine interest in enriching the lives of older Australians
A current National Police Check
