This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with strong collections experience who can hit the ground running and drive the recovery of a high-volume in outstanding debt over a 6-month contract.The RoleReporting to the relevant manager, you'll be responsible for managing a high-volume portfolio of overdue accounts, focusing on aged debt recovery, negotiating with customers and maximising cash collections across the business.Manage a high-volume portfolio of overdue accounts and aged debtProactively contact customers to follow up overdue invoices and secure paymentNegotiate payment plans and arrangements to facilitate debt recoveryPrioritise aged debt based on value, risk and recovery potentialInvestigate and resolve account queries,
