About the role
The department is seeking a Lead Interaction Designer to design engaging learning experiences.
You will review existing programs, design new ones and produce multimedia resources across the department's intranet, media library and learning management system.
Duties
Design learning programs using adult learning principlesCreate video, eLearning, toolkits and multimedia contentBuild, upload and test resources in the LMSManage intranet,



SharePoint and LMS design and brandingPartner with stakeholders to scope learning needs
Skills & experience
LMS administration or system management experienceInstructional design grounded in adult learning principlesContent creation across video, graphics and digital mediaStrong writing and web publishing skillsAcorn LMS or LinkedIn Learning experience desirable
