Industrial Projects Team Pty Ltd - Wetherill Park NSWIndustrial Projects Team is seeking a proactive, organised and hands-on OHSE Coordinator to support and coordinate Occupational Health, Safety, Environmental and Quality Management Systems across national projects and workshop operations.
This role will suit someone with robust attention to detail, excellent administration skills and a genuine passion for workplace safety, compliance and continuous improvement.Key responsibilitiesMaintain workforce compliance records and safety documentationAdminister and monitor OHS systems in accordance with Australian legislation and standardsPrepare, review and maintain Safe Work Method Statements (SWMS)Maintain and update Safety Data Sheet (SDS) registers and recordsCoordinate Test & Tag compliance for all electrical equipmentMaintain and update company asset registersConduct regular workplace inspections, toolbox talks and safety auditsMaintain incident and hazard registers and prepare reports for managementCoordinate safety inductions, equipment training and Standard Operating Procedure (SOP)
