We're looking for an experienced Project Engineer to join our team and take ownership of projects from pre-start through to completion.The roleThis is a hands-on role working directly with the owners.
You'll be across programming, cost control, subcontractor coordination and site support, helping drive projects safely, on time and to a high standard.What you'll be doingSetting up and managing site plans for safety, quality, traffic and environmental complianceOrdering materials, organising subcontractors and booking plant/equipment (and helping make sure they show up on time)Monitoring job progress, tracking costs, assisting with progress claims and maintaining project reportingPricing variations and preparing short-term programs and planningWorking with the site team, clients and other stakeholders to keep projects running smoothlyKeeping project paperwork, QA,



claims and compliance documentation up to dateReviewing drawings and specifications and flagging issues early (bonus points if you spot them before the site supervisor)Making sure works comply with the head contract, safety requirements and governing body regulationsAbout youBachelor's degree in civil engineering or equivalentMinimum 4 years' experience in teams delivering subdivision or bulk earthworks projectsStrong ability to manage timelines, safety standards and cost forecastingConfident, practical and solutions-focusedAble to work collaboratively and juggle multiple prioritiesProficient in MS Office and MS ProjectA team player who'll help build a positive, hard-working site cultureCurrent Australian work rights (sponsorship is not available)Why join us?
