As the Supply Communications & Marketing Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping how our global Supply community stays informed, engaged and connected.Working closely with senior leaders, including the Supply CEO and Executive Team, you'll create meaningful communications and marketing initiatives that strengthen culture, support business objectives and showcase the Supply offering across internal and external audiences.This is a fantastic opportunity to influence employee engagement on a global scale while partnering with a broad network of stakeholders across Flight Centre Travel Group.What you will do:Lead the global Supply communications rhythm, including CEO newsletters, town halls, events and regular communication forumsCreate clear, engaging and audience-focused content that helps employees understand key priorities, business updates and strategic initiativesPartner with the Supply CEO, Executive Team and stakeholders to develop and deliver timely, accurate and impactful communicationsSupport communication of Group initiatives within Supply, ensuring messaging aligns with broader organisational prioritiesCollaborate with the Partnerships team to develop supplier communications, key messages and communication plansSupport employee engagement and listening initiatives, including Great Place to Work programs and follow-up communication activitiesMonitor communication and engagement metrics and provide recommendations for continuous improvementDevelop creative marketing and communication content that brings Supply priorities, people initiatives and supplier activity to lifePrepare communication materials for events, leadership forums, meetings and presentationsBuild strong relationships with internal customers,



brand stakeholders and cross-functional teams globallyManage multiple communication projects simultaneously while maintaining quality and attention to detailWhat you will need:4+ years' experience in internal communications, corporate communications, stakeholder communications or a related disciplineDemonstrated experience partnering with senior leaders and executive stakeholdersStrong writing, editing and storytelling skills across a variety of communication channels and audiencesExperience creating employee communications including newsletters, town hall content, event communications and leadership messagingProven ability to translate business priorities into clear, engaging communicationsExperience supporting events, meetings and leadership forums through communication planning and content developmentStrong stakeholder management and relationship-building capabilitiesHigh attention to detail with the ability to manage sensitive information confidentiallyExperience developing audience-led communications and marketing contentProficiency in Microsoft Office, Microsoft Teams and digital communication toolsDesign skills and video editing experienceDegree in Communications, Journalism, Public Relations, Media Studies, Marketing, Business or equivalent experience/qualificationExperience working within a global business or across multiple time zones will be highly regardedWhat you will enjoy:Culture: you will be employed by an inclusive company that offers a team culture like no other -Flight Centre is proud to be a certifiedGreat Place To Work® Australia New Zealand Pty LtdOur People:
