This role will involve the following:
Work alongside the Audit Partners to run various engagements Manage client relationships Manage a high performing team Assist the partners to put together tenders and proposals Work with the partners to conduct BD and grow the division CANDIDATE The successful candidate will demonstrate the following: CA/CPA Qualifications 5-8+ years experience from reputable Australian Public Practice Firms Strong understanding of Australian auditing principles Previous experience leading engagements and exceptional leadership skills Ability to coach, mentor and develop junior auditors Exceptional communication skills Full working rights (no sponsorship provided) PERKS The successful candidate will be remunerated with a highly competitive salary package that reflects their skills and experiences.
