This senior-level role is ideal for someone with dealership or fleet experience who understands the importance of clear communication, accurate job planning, and seamless coordination between the workshop floor and valued clients.Youll be the central point of contact for customers coordinating job bookings, translating technical feedback from mechanics into clear service reports, and ensuring a high-quality customer experience from drop‐off to delivery.Key ResponsibilitiesManage incoming service enquiries and schedule workshop jobsLiaise between technicians and customers to provide timely updates and accurate informationInterpret mechanical issues, service needs, and repair prioritiesPrepare job cards, cost estimates,
