As a Senior Mining Engineer you will play a key role in supporting development of an executable plan, identifying risk and opportunities, and communicating the operating strategy without compromising on quality and sustainability, whilst maximising productivity.

As a successful candidate,



you will have to possess the following:A tertiary qualification in Mining Engineering.Minimum 10 years mining experience with minimum 5 years on-site experience is a must.Experience in open cut coal mines.Multiple commodities will be preferable.Experience in various mining methods (Truck Shovel, Dragline, Dozer Push)Experience in mine design, reserving and scheduling for short, medium and long-term planProficient in using various mining softwares eg.Vulcan, Deswik, Spry The role will require frequent travel to site on specific roster as per required by client.
