C6 Crane Operator - Structural Steel ErectionAs a Crane Operator at Advanced Rigging you will play a crucial role in the success of our project delivery.
Reporting to the construction manager, you will be responsible for crane operation and ensuring the safe and efficient execution of the structural steel erection component of industrial projects across the Perth metro area.What you'll be doingCooperate with a team of riggers to perform structural steel erection tasksEnsure all crane and rigging operations are carried out in compliance with relevant safety regulations and best practicesPromote a culture of safety and continuous improvementLiaise with the site supervisor and other construction team members to plan and execute rigging work in a timely and efficient mannerMaintain accurate records of crane activities, including incident and maintenance reports, and equipment inspectionsContribute to the development and implementation of improved rigging procedures and techniquesWhat we're looking forExtensive experience (5+ years) as a crane operator in the Perth construction industryStrong communication skills, with the ability to effectively work within a teamThorough understanding of crane operation, rigging equipment, lifting techniques,
