The OpportunityAs a Digital Automation Consultant, you will design and deliver end-to-end workflow and automation solutions for our customers.
Working closely with our Sales and Pre-Sales teams delivery, you will lead discovery, define solution architectures, and implement scalable digital solutions that deliver measurable business outcomes.Key ResponsibilitiesLead discovery workshops to identify and shape automation opportunitiesDesign and deliver end-to-end digital automation solutions, from requirements through to implementation and BAU handoverConduct implementations, configuration, training, and commissioning, with a focus on remote delivery capability where possibleManage skilled services delivery, including utilisation and billing for consulting servicesDevelop solution architectures,



Statements of Work, and cost estimatesSupport pre-sales activities, including RFx responses, client presentations, and solution demonstrationsDeliver implementations, configuration, training, and commissioning of solutionsBuild strong, trusted relationships with customers and internal stakeholdersTo be successful in this role:Skills & ExperienceWe are seeking experience across the following technologies and capabilities:Document Management/Enterprise Content Management (ECM) solutionsElectronic Forms and Workflow solutionsSystems integration across enterprise platformsIntelligent Capture Solutions (ABBYY FlexiCapture or similar is preferred)Robotic Process Automation (RPA)You will also demonstrate:Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skillsExposure to pre-sales activities including demonstrations and solutioningGeneral knowledge of AI technologies and current trendsWhat we give back to you?
