Business Development and Solutions ManagerThis is a client-facing, business development role for someone who understands how mine sites operate.
You'll leverage your mining or industrial operations background to lead growth in visual communication solutions and signage asset management across mine sites in Western Australia.
This isn't a traditional sales role, it's built for someone who understands the challenges site teams face and can earn their trust.Key responsibilitiesBe out on client sites, run site walks and talk with HSE, Site, Asset and Project Managers to identify operational, safety, compliance and efficiency challengesTurn those challenges into practical solutionsBuild out asset management services, including signage audits, asset registers, compliance reviews, lifecycle replacement programs and ongoing inspection and maintenance contractsDevelop value-based proposals and lead tender and EOI responses with design, estimating and production teamsBuild long-term relationships with mine operators, contractors, EPCM firms and industrial clientsWork with the General Manager to shape solutions offering and help set the direction of the businessAbout youStrong exposure to mining and/or industrial environments,



and a positive understanding of how sites operateA practical understanding of WHS and mine safety requirements, compliance and critical riskThe confidence to engage people at every level, from operators on the ground and procurement teams to senior executivesThe ability to identify problems and develop solutions, not just sell productsStrong communication skills, with the drive to work autonomously and build something newA current C Class driver's licence and willingness to travel to regional and remote sitesAn established network across the WA mining sector (highly regarded)Business development, account management, tendering or proposal experience (highly regarded)Experience in safety, compliance, asset management or industrial services (highly regarded)Current mine site inductions and medicals (highly regarded)About usKalsigns is growing beyond signage products.
