We're proud to provide a beautiful space and warm welcome for loyal locals and tourists to come as they are, to sit back, catch up, wind down, romance and debate over good food and award-winning beers.Our 500L brewery, 120 seat restaurant (with full bar offering), and relaxed beer garden keep the punters happy, and we've become a key venue for events and functions.You will be responsible for:Working closely with and providing general support to the Venue ManagerSupervising front of house staff team and leading by example with a hands-on management styleWhen Supervising,



taking ownership of the venue and serviceProviding excellent customer service with an enthusiastic attitude to problem solvingAssisting with bar supplies and maintaining bar stock and cleanlinessEnsuring setting up and packing down responsibilities are fully completed, including cleaning and till reconciliationWorking collaboratively to build a vibrant work culture and safe work environmentAbout you:Confident hospitality enthusiast with a warm and informed approach to customer serviceExperience in a similar position, with ability to work bar and floorRespectful of all other team members and desire to succeed togetherCapacity to supervise a team in maintaining high quality and efficient serviceExcellent attention to detail and organised approach (we run a tight ship!)Available and willing to work rotating roster including weekends, public holidays, opening and closing shiftsKey Dates, Information and Offer:All applications will be treated with strict confidentialityGrowing business with training opportunities
