Warehouse / Parts Returns & Credits OfficerEagle Farm location – Monday to Friday, 8am–4pmLong-term temp opportunity with view to permanentFull-time hours – $***** per hour + SuperEagle Farm location – Monday to Friday, 8am–4pmLong-term temp opportunity with view to permanentFull-time hours – $***** per hour + SuperOur client is looking for a switched-on and organised person to join their busy team in a Parts Returns & Credits Officer role.This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys administration and customer service but also has some experience working within a warehouse or parts environment.Working as part of a friendly and supportive team, you will be responsible for managing customer requests to return parts, checking whether returns meet company guidelines and ensuring everything is processed accurately.This is a long-term temporary opportunity with a view to permanency, generally after approximately ***** months.Your responsibilities will include:Managing customer enquiries and requests relating to returned partsReviewing and assessing return requests against company guidelinesCommunicating with customers regarding approved and declined returnsLiaising with internal teams and manufacturers regarding parts and returnsProcessing information accurately across various computer systemsPhysically inspecting returned parts to ensure they meet return requirementsAssisting with basic warehouse duties associated with incoming and outgoing partsTo be successful in this role, you will need:Excellent computer skills and the ability to learn recent systems quicklyStrong attention to detail and good numerical skillsPrevious administration or customer service experienceSome understanding of warehouse operations, stock or parts handlingConfidence communicating with customers, including handling difficult conversationsA positive attitude, good work ethic and willingness to learnThe ability to work both independently and as part of a teamThis is predominantly a desk-based position (approximately 80%) with the remaining time spent inspecting returned parts and assisting with associated warehouse activitiesMust have forklift licenceBenefits include:Great hourly rate – $***** per hour + Super!
