You will visit communities, provide one-on-one psychosocial support and help clients move toward recovery goals, while strengthening cultural connections and access to services.The role emphasizes culturally protected practice, collaboration with health professionals, and ongoing documentation.
A Diploma-level community services qualification and Aboriginality are required.
