About the roleWe are seeking a motivated and versatile Hospitality All‐Rounder to join our small, professional team.
This hands‐on role combines Front of House (FOH), Back of House (BOH), and Housekeeping duties — ideal for someone who enjoys variety, takes pride in their work, and delivers high standards in service, presentation, and guest care.Key responsibilitiesWelcome and seat guests with professionalism and warmthProvide table service, take orders, and deliver food and beveragesAssist with bar service, coffee preparation, and wine serviceMaintain a clean, organised, and inviting dining environmentManage dinner and accommodation bookings, process payments, and assist with events as requiredWash dishes, glasses, clean restaurant and guest kitchen areas, and maintain hygiene standardsAssist with stock rotation and storage of deliveriesEnsure all kitchen and back‐of‐house areas are clean, safe, and well‐organisedBreakfast service, guest check outs, general admin and email and phone responsesClean and prepare guest rooms to a high standard, including bed making, dusting, vacuuming, and replenishing amenitiesAbout youPrevious experience in FOH hospitality, BOH, housekeeping, or customer service preferredStrong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness and presentationExcellent communication and teamwork skillsReliable, organised, and able to multitask in a dynamic environmentFlexible to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and eveningsCurrent RSA (Responsible Service of Alcohol)
