We are currently seeking a casual Cleaner at Aegean Village - Christie Downs.What you'll do:Sparkle & Shine: Bring your magic touch to resident rooms, bathrooms, and communal areas, ensuring every corner gleams with cleanliness and warmth.Manage Waste with Care: Handle all waste - regular and medical - with precision and safety, in accordance with proper guidelines and safety protocols.Infection Control: Utilise the right cleaning agents and personal protective equipment (PPE) to uphold our high standards of infection prevention.Keep Supplies Stocked: Monitor and replenish cleaning and hygiene supplies, ensuring soaps, sanitisers, and agents are always available for residents and staff.Housekeeping & Environment: Identify and report any housekeeping or maintenance issues,



ensuring our facility remains a comfortable and safe place for all.Equipment: Efficiently use floor scrubbers, vacuums, cleaning trolleys, and consumables to perform your duties with excellence.About you:Experience in commercial cleaning operations in either hotel, aged care or hospital environment (essential)Ability to follow proceduresExperience working within designated timeframesStrong attention to detailExcellent interpersonal and communication skills; listening, written and verbalAbility to work independently and as part of a teamA current National Police Certificate (or willingness to apply)Why Join St Basil's?
