We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated individual to join our team as a part-time employee or ABN contractor Accounts Bookkeeper / Clerk.
This position requires:
A minimum of 15 hours per weekA minimum of 5 years'in a similar position using MYOBComputer literacy (particularly Microsoft Office Suite, e.g., Word, Excel, Outlook)Sound mathematical skills, high administration/organisational skills and be team focused in a small officeAn ability to work unsupervised, handle pressure and work to deadlinesMust be available to work within normal business hours
Main Responsibilities:
MYOBdata entry for Accounts Receivable/PayableDaily sales and Bank reconciliation in MYOBPreparing operations reports monthlyMaintaining a daily cash flowEnsuring company compliance with internal and external accounting policiesOrganised office management
*Previous experience using MYOB and Excel is essential
*Prior accounts experience in the Building & Construction industry is preferred
*Flexible hours within normal business hours available for the right applicant
