Your work directly shapes the guest experience, and no two days are exactly alike.Key responsibilitiesClean and service guest rooms and bathrooms to our standards, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitising surfacesMake beds, change linen and replenish towels, toiletries and amenitiesEmpty bins, wipe down fixtures and appliances, and check rooms are tidy and fully stockedReport any maintenance issues, damage or missing itemsAssist in cleaning and maintaining lobbies, corridors, lifts, stairwells, restrooms, lounges, dining and function areas, and other shared spacesVacuum, sweep, mop and spot-clean floors and carpetsClean windows,
