Ramsay Clinic Northside – St Leonards Park NSWWe are seeking an experienced Medical Records Officer to join Ramsay Clinics Northside and Cremorne in a permanent part-time capacity (48 hours per fortnight).
Days of work are negotiable with a view of employment covering 3 days per week.About the RoleAs an administrative officer in our medical records department, you will assist in all activities related to maintaining the Health Information Services in an organised and effective manner.Reporting to the Regional Coding Manager & Educator, your duties and responsibilities will involve but are not limited to;Answering and actioning queries from internal and external customers.Compiling medical records of discharged patents as required.Filing medical records and correspondence accurately.Seeking, locating and obtaining medical records as requested.Archiving and 'culling' of medical records.The successful applicant will be required to work at Ramsay Clinic Northside (St leonards) and Ramsay Clinic Cremorne.About YouYou will have a passion for client care and a high standard of customer-focused services.
