Mercure Brisbane Spring Hill is seeking a reliable, hands-on Part time Kitchen Steward to support our chefs and keep the kitchen clean, organised and running smoothly behind the scenes.In this busy hotel environment you'll handle cleaning, sanitising equipment, waste management and maintain safety standards while fitting around a rotating roster, including evenings, weekends and public holidays.
