We are seeking an experienced, professional and reliable Medical Receptionist to join our acupuncture clinic on a casual basis.Estimated Days and Hours availabilityTuesday 6:30am - 12:00pmThursday 12:30pm - 6:00pmSaturday 6:30am - 12:00pmHours will shared between two candidates depending on availability and the needs of the clinic.Key responsibilitiesManaging patient appointments, bookings and cancellationsAnswering phone calls and responding to patient enquiriesProcessing payments and managing appointment remindersProviding friendly, skilled and compassionate patient serviceMaintaining accurate patient records and general administrative dutiesHelping ensure the smooth day-to-day running of the clinicPreparing and allocating patients to treatments roomsAbout youPrevious medical or allied health reception experienceExcellent communication and organisational skillsConfidence using booking systems and computersA professional, friendly and caring mannerAbility to work independently and maintain patient confidentialityReliability and attention to detailMust have their own reliable car and a valid driver's license to ensure reliable transport to and from the clinic for all required shifts.
