Smithfield Family Medical Practice – Smithfield NSW
A permanent part time position working 24 hours per week, 4 days a week (Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday, 6 hours per day, 8:30am to 2:30pm).
Extra hours available when covering for other reception staff or as needed during periods of extra load, such as winter flus or practice accreditation work.
Key responsibilities
Answering telephone calls
Booking appointments
Processing Medicare bulk billing claims
Routine patient administration
Tasks that the doctors or practice manager may request
About you
Experienced medical receptionist
Health Professionals and Support Services Award **** (MA******) Level 3-4
12.5% superannuation
