A modern specialist dental practice in Brisbane CBD, with a warm supportive team caring for patients who present with oral pathology, orofacial pain and other medically-related conditions affecting the mouth, head and neck.

The Role
You will work in a challenging and sensitive environment,



encountering patients who may have serious illness, chronic diseases, or complex medical conditions.
We are therefore looking for someone with a friendly and caring demeanour, who can empathise and build relationships and trust with patients, and is passionate about providing exceptional patient care.
Your role will include:
General reception and administrative duties
Work in a multidisciplinary setting, and liaise with dental and medical colleagues, imaging and pathology providers, pharmacies etc.
Clinical work (including sterilisation and chairside assisting duties such as biopsies)
Skills Required for this Role
Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
Good time management skills, ability to multitask and prioritise
Must have high computer literacy
Rapid and accurate typing skills
Experience in reception role preferred
Knowledge of dental/medical terminology highly regarded
Knowledge of Genie software highly regarded
