Reporting to the HR Manager, this position will play an integral role in ensuring the safety of our team members by delivering daily treatment of injuries and/or illnesses as well as monitoring the wellbeing and safety of each of our team members.Your day to day responsibilities will include:Providing immediate first aid treatment to team membersAssessing the severity of injuries and escalating where requiredCollaborating with key stakeholders (e.g. RTW, HR, Supervisors)Being the first point of contact for all injuries and/or illnessesSupporting our Return to Work (RTW) and light duties programsAbout YouPrevious experience in a similar First Aid or RTW roleCPR and First Aid Certificate requiredStrong communication and decision-making skillsAbility to stay calm and assist others to stay calmHaving an emotional and considerate patient care approachTeam-focused mindset and willingness to help othersWhy Join JBS?
