Randstad is seeking two Participant Support Officers (APS3) to support Bundaberg's NDIS participants.
This on-site, full time role runs Monday to Friday from 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM, for a 12-month initial assignment.You will greet visitors, assist with digital portals, manage appointments and data entry, and log feedback.
Applicants should have frontline customer service experience, administrative skills, and a working knowledge of the NDIS Act.
