In this position you will interact with our customers at the rental counter, complete rental bookings and responding to general customer inquiries.What we'll doEstablishing customer car rental needs by actively listeningAssist with leadership dutiesReview in detail ABG's various add on's and services as to determine what may best suit the customerCommunicate rental procedures and guidelines effectivelyComplete rental bookings in a timely, efficient and accurate mannerAnswering customer questions and inquiriesWhat we're looking forApplicants must have a full and valid driver's licenceThis is a full‐time position and requires availability to work on a rotational roster that includes weekdays, weekends and public holidaysAbility to work in a fast‐paced setting while delivery exceptional customer servicePrevious experience within retail, hospitality, customer service,
