TMA Disability Support Services – Bundaberg QLDAs a Disability Support Worker, you'll play a vital role in empowering people with disability to live independently and participate fully in their communities.
Reporting to the Care Coordinator, this casual role offers flexibility and the prospect to make a meaningful difference in the lives of the clients you support.
The position is based in Bundaberg, Queensland.What you'll be doingProvide personal care assistance, including help with daily living tasks, personal hygiene, and medication managementSupport clients to engage in social and recreational activities, promoting their community inclusion and independenceDevelop caring, trusting relationships with clients and their families, and advocate for their needsWork collaboratively with the broader care team to ensure clients receive coordinated, high-quality supportMaintain accurate, up-to-date client records and contribute to the continuous improvement of service deliveryWhat we're looking forA genuine passion for supporting people with disability and a commitment to promoting their rights and independenceExperience providing personal care assistance or support to people with disability,
