About the RoleJBS Beef City is seeking a skilled and organised Receptionist to join our team on a fixed-term 8-month maternity leave contract.
Reporting to the Finance Business Partner, this role is the first point of contact for employees, visitors and external stakeholders.
You will provide high-level administrative support to multiple departments, while ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of site reception.Your key responsibilities will include:Managing front reception, visitor sign-in and site access proceduresAnswering and directing phone calls and email enquiriesProviding administrative support to Operations and ManagementAssisting with accounts payable, including maintaining and updating spreadsheets as well as liaising with vendorsComplex Excel spreadsheet managementFiling, document control and general office administrationCoordinating meetings, training sessions and site communicationsCollating weekly Butcher shop orders and invoicingOrganising catering for site functionsAbout YouPrevious experience in reception, administration or accounts payable supportStrong Excel and spreadsheet skills (essential)Excellent organisational and time management skillsHigh level of professionalism and customer serviceStrong attention to detail and data accuracyAbility to handle confidential information appropriatelyStrong written and verbal communication skillsWhy Join JBS?

The cattle are walked from the feedlot to the plant, minimising stress and transportation costs, while simultaneously improving eating quality – one of only two in southern hemisphere.
