Kippax Dental is a new growing dental practice in Holt, Kippax Shopping Centre Area, looking for an adaptable individual to assist the dentist chairside.This role starts as Casual with a view to move to Full-Time for the right candidate.You will need to be a quick learner, team player who is good at multitasking.Key responsibilitiesGreet patients and prepare them for scheduled proceduresProvide assistance to the dentist, including operating suction and managing materialsBuild rapport and communicate with patientsClean and sterilize instruments; decontaminate treatment rooms in accordance with practice policies and ADA standardsMaintain dental equipment and monitor clinical stock levelsManage incoming phone calls, schedule appointments, and perform follow-up confirmationsPrepare documented treatment plans, process payments (HICAPS/EFTPOS),



and ensure accurate fee allocationMaintain accurate patient records and databasesAssist with local marketing activities and opening week promotions as directedAbout youHSC or equivalentCertificate III or IV in Dental Assisting (favored but not essential)Valid right to work in AustraliaAbility to build rapport with patients and adapt communication styles for challenging situationsProven ability to switch between clinical and desk duties under pressureProficiency in Microsoft Office and dental practice management softwareStrong work ethic, punctuality, and compassionate approach to patient careStrict adherence to infection controlAbility to work collaboratively with Dr. Liao to achieve the startup goals of Kippax DentalUsing logic to identify solutions for patient scheduling or administrative hurdlesAbout usKippax Dental is a new growing dental practice located at Level 1/76 Hardwick Crescent, Holt ACT ****.
