With more than 75 years of experience, we are a well-established and highly regarded Australian organisation.We are looking for a reliable and energetic Casual Storeperson / Delivery Driver to join our Wetherill Park branch.This is primarily a warehouse-based casual role, with deliveries to customers throughout Sydney and surrounding areas required on an ad hoc basis.The role includes:Picking and packing customer ordersReceiving and checking inward goodsLoading and unloading delivery vehiclesGeneral warehouse duties and stocktakingRecording pallet movementsOperating a forklift safely within the warehouseDelivering goods to customers when requiredComplying with WHS requirements and company proceduresTo be successful,



you must have:current LF Forklift Licence and forklift experiencecurrent car Driver Licence and good driving recordWarehousing experience and knowledgeGood communication and interpersonal skillsA reliable, responsible and professional approachThe ability to safely lift items weighing up to 25 kg regularly throughout the dayThe ability to work independently and as part of a teamThe ability to work cooperatively and respectfully with experienced, long-standing team membersA robust work ethic and willingness to assist wherever requiredAn MR or HR Driver Licence would be highly regarded but is not essential.Monday to Friday only, no weekends!
The successful applicant will be required to provide current licence details and driving history, including a licence points report, and may be required to complete a pre-employment medical assessment.
