We are currently seeking a Finance & Business Analyst to join a large and complex healthcare organisation, supporting operational leaders with budgeting, business planning, financial analysis, and performance reporting.

Your new roleReporting into senior finance leadership, you will play a key role in delivering financial and business support across a diverse operational portfolio.
You will provide analysis and insight to support decision-making, assist with budget management, and contribute to the development of business plans and improvement initiatives.
Key responsibilities will include:
Supporting the development, management and monitoring of operational budgets
Preparing financial reports, forecasts and performance analysis
Assisting with annual budgeting, capital expenditure and business planning processes
Developing business cases and supporting service improvement initiatives
Analysing financial, workforce and activity data to identify trends and opportunities
Partnering with operational stakeholders to provide commercial and financial advice




Contributing to management reporting and performance monitoring against agreed KPIs
Supporting financial systems, controls and information management processes
Assisting with workforce cost allocation and staffing analysis
Building strong relationships across a broad range of internal and external stakeholders.
What you'll need to succeedTo be successful in this role, you will bring:
Previous experience in a Finance Analyst, Business Analyst, Management Accountant or similar position
Strong budgeting, forecasting and financial management experience
Well-developed analytical, problem-solving and report-writing skills
Experience developing business cases, business plans or financial assessments
Strong stakeholder engagement and relationship management capabilities
Excellent communication skills and the ability to influence at multiple levels
A relevant qualification in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business or a related discipline
Healthcare or large complex organisational experience will be highly regarded.
