Quality Control and Data Entry Manufacturing
Pay rate: Level 3 Clerical - $***** per hour inclusive of casual loading
Hours of work: Monday to Friday 8.00am-4.00pm
We are currently seeking a motivated Quality Control and Data Entry Officer to support the day to day production needs of a raw materials business.
The role is responsible for managing the administrative and data-driven aspects of the manufacturing process, with a specialized focus on inventory accuracy and quality production.
Responsibilities:
Firm understanding of CRM and/or data entry processes (Dynamics 365 highly valued)
Perform back flushing in the ERP system (Dynamics 365) to issue raw materials to production orders based on finished goods output.
Collaborate with production supervisors and Warehouse teams to resolve material shortages.
Ensure adequate amounts of materials are used and available




Collaborate with the Production team to investigate discrepancies
Input system data with high accuracy regarding quantities and adjustments
Qualifications and Experience:
1-2 years in a manufacturing environment, ideally with experience in ERP systems
Quality Assurance or Control experience preferred but not essential
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, specifically Excel, and familiarity with MES or WMS software.
(Dynamics 365 highly regarded)
Meticulous accuracy in data entry and record-keeping.
Effective verbal and written skills for coordinating with various departments.
Positive and team-oriented attitude a must.
